The good folks over at Archive.org have made a select few of the legendary filmmaker - Akira Kurosawa's films available to watch free of charge online. Akira Kurosawa's breakthrough drama - Rashomon, is included in this collection. You can find all of the movies available here

Check out the "Ran" Film Concert performed by Japanese conductor Tomomi Nishimoto and the Young Musicians Foundation Orchestra. It's part of the Akira Kurosawa Tribute put on by Anaheim University's Akira Kurosawa School of Film, which is an online film school. I saw on a blog that Spielberg and Lucas are part of the tribute. It's at the Beverly Hills Hotel on 3/23/09. See http://www.anaheim.edu/gala
